Od dawna fascynuje się piłką nożną i Realem Madryt, więc możliwość zobaczenia tak legendarnego miejsca na żywo wywołała u niego ogromne emocje. Już od samego początku wycieczka zrobiła na nas bardzo duże wrażenie. Stadion jest imponujący, nowoczesny i pełen historii. Można poczuć atmosferę wielkiego futbolu na każdym kroku. Mój syn był zachwycony możliwością zobaczenia trybun, murawy, szatni oraz trofeów, które znał wcześniej tylko z telewizji i internetu. Dla niego każdy element zwiedzania był czymś niezwykłym. Szczególnie podobało nam się to, że cała trasa jest dobrze zorganizowana i interesująca zarówno dla dzieci, jak i dorosłych. Ekspozycje są przygotowane w sposób atrakcyjny, dzięki czemu nawet młodszy uczestnik nie nudzi się ani przez chwilę. La visita al Bernabéu estuvo muy buena, se nota la historia y lo grande que es el club apenas entrás. El tour vale mucho la pena porque podés recorrer distintas zonas del estadio y ver todo bastante de cerca. Además, los guías explican muy bien y hacen que la experiencia sea más entretenida. Si estás en Madrid, la verdad que recomiendo hacerlo porque es algo distinto y muy bien organizado.

Tour was great- very impressed with the retracting grass. Although 2 hours my son (10) loved every part of it. Our guide (Sergio) was a big Real Madrid fan and was able to tell us fun fact and details.

Getting started

Meet your guide in a small plaza near the bar Mar de Copas Madrid, where they’ll be holding an orange "ExperienceFirst" sign. After a brief introduction, your guide will lead the group through ticket validation and security before entering the stadium.

Pets are not allowed at the stadium or the museum.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.

Entering the museum under the influence of any substance is prohibited.

Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Additional information

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

Due to security reasons, the stadium doesn’t have any storage facilities for luggage, wheelchairs, and so on.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, or on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

You cannot access the stadium’s field during the tour.

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
