The Tokyo Subway is one of the world’s most efficient rapid transit systems, connecting 285 stations across 13 lines. It’s the backbone of city travel, making it easy to reach popular neighborhoods and attractions.

What’s not allowed

The pass is not valid on JR Lines or other private railways.

Separate redemption for tickets booked together is not allowed; all tickets in a group booking must be redeemed at the same time.

You must redeem your e-voucher for physical tickets at any of the vending machines for passengers that are installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.

You can also redeem the physical tickets at the offices of each Tokyo Metro stations, except in Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line/ Fukutoshin Line Shibuya, and Meguro stations.
