Az online jegyvásárlás folyamata rendkívül gyors és egyszerű volt, a felület átláthatóan működött. A helyszínre érkezve a belépés teljesen zökkenőmentesen zajlott, egyáltalán nem kellett a hosszú sorokban várakoznunk. A nemzeti park lenyűgöző látványt nyújtott, a szervezés pedig professzionális volt az első perctől az utolsóig. A nap legszebb pillanata az volt, amikor a vezetőnk, Dalibor angolul olyan érdekes és különleges történeteket osztott meg velünk, amelyeket máshol biztosan nem hallhattunk volna. Ez a figyelmesség és szakértelem igazán feldobta a hangulatunkat. A kapott szolgáltatás minősége teljesen arányban állt az árral. He contacted me by whatsupp app and wrote that there was another tour group starting later and that we could join them. Unfortunately, because of the Waze app, we were delayed by another 30 minutes. Our guide, Amanda, stayed in touch with us and waited very patiently. When we finally arrived, she welcomed us with a big smile. We really enjoyed the tour! We received clear and interesting explanations, as well as great recommendations from the lovely Samantha. We truly appreciate their kindness, patience, and professionalism. Noi siamo stati molto fortunati perché la nostra guida Bethsi è stata super professionale, attenta a tutti i partecipanti, gentile, a disposizione per foto e domande, con una elevatissima conoscenza di 4 lingue. Il parco è fornito di servizi (toilette) e bar/ristoranti, ma soprattutto per chi ha esigenze particolari (intolleranze glutine, lattosio) non ci sono opzioni. Ci porteremo nel cuore questa esperienza per sempre.
