The facilities & service were superb, however there were two sets of families with crying babies & noisy kids. Disruptive. This should be monitored and addressed as it is unfair on those who picked the lounge for quiet time and rest. Facilities were clean and the food provided excellent and good shower facilities.

service is really excellent,i really like the relaxation cabin with lot of privacy,and aslo a charging point with a separate section sitdown area,food is really awesome,everytime they are refilling the buffet,coffee and soft drink lot of selection its very clean,shower and toilet area very tidy and clean

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Plaza Premium Lounge at Concourse A. The food was nice, with a wide variety and plentiful supply. The toilets and amenities were clean. We did't use the showers but they were available. As we had a 10 hour layover, the choice of 6 hour lounge access was great

The lounge was a lovely place for our early morning layover from Athens to Australia. The showers were very welcome and were clean. The breakfast food and drinks was a good variety.

Easy to find, a quiet place to sit between flights (I was there between 5.30an and 8.30an), the food selection was varied and the coffee was good. The shower was lovely also, clean and efficient (20 mins per person), will definitely be booking again for the return flight.

Service is great, shower great, great stopover in a 26 hour journey. Only disappointment was the cost of 2 drinks, over the top I thought.

Additional information

The lounge is located in a restricted area. To access the lounge you must check in for your onward flight and have a valid boarding pass.

You can enter and exit the lounge whenever you want but do retain your check-in receipt for re-entry.

While there are dedicated luggage storage spaces, for security reasons, it is recommended to carry your belongings when you leave the lounge.

In case of a flight delay, your stay may be extended depending on lounge capacity.

Children aged 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult above 18 years of age.
