As a traveller from the UK, with no Japanese linguistic ability, the pass made getting into attractions very easy. All we needed to do was show the QR code. We were actually given rapid access going into the Umeda building. We visited more places than we might have done without the pass.

It was awesome!! I could've done more if I knew it earlier. I was hopping from place to places and seeing the beauty of Osaka. I love Umeda sky building and watching the sunset! The experience was amazing as well as the staff. It's so easy to use.

The Osaka Amazing pass is worth buying if you plan a day or two of exploring Osaka's key sites. The JR train Is excluded. We managed to come home last night on the metro train and the fare was included. But it required support to let us through. The SUica cards more helpful for trains. Regardless we benefited from the pass for entry fees. To access the Umeda building observatory at 35 floors ( which is amazing) go before 3pm or you only get a 10% discount. Entry is pricey. However there is a bar on the 35 floor. We had a glass of wine watching Osaka shine and settle over the water with a beautiful sunset.

We saw the Amazing pass while searching with Gemini. We then saw an ad on the subway so we scanned the qr code and got the 2 day pass. We were able to enter so many attractions that we didn't even know about. If you're strategic you will get a LOT of value. Truly great deal for those looking to sight see!

The pass was very useful for us, we wanted to see Osaka Palace and the gardens, we also wanted to go on the moat cruise which the pass covered. We did a Dotombori cruise as well and went up the Umeda Sky Building, overall the pass was worth it.

Definitely worth its money . Went up tutensukaku tower . Obs deck , and halter skelter fast slide , also could have done a free short bunker jump off side with free ticket which wasn't expected. Then we did the Hep 5 ferris wheel after visiting the Umeda tower observation deck. Umeda tower alone is about £10 to go up . This ticket worked out about £16 to buy. Then all the metro rides we had that day were included . We wanted to do the dotonbori short river cruise but missed it as we didn't get there before 9pm closing . Well worth the money . Although getting the pass up on my phone was quite confusing at first we eventually got the hang of it , you need to get the qr code downloaded every time . Just make sure you screenshot the oases easy for using on metro to get in and out .

Choose a 1-day pass for a packed day of exploring or a 2-day pass to spread your plans across consecutive days. You can also opt for the 28-Hour Ticket, which includes a one-way Nankai Electric Railway transfer from Kansai Airport to Namba. Travel on eligible Osaka Metro lines, Osaka City Bus routes, New Tram and participating private railway lines, including Hankyu, Hanshin, Keihan, Kintetsu and Nankai. The pass also covers entry to eligible attractions, from Osaka Castle and Tsutenkaku Tower to Umeda Sky Building and Tombori River Cruise, helping you experience the city’s landmarks without buying separate admission tickets at each stop. Seamless activation

After booking, access your digital ticket through the SURUTTO QRtto website using your smartphone.

Open your ticket and select Start using just before beginning your journey.

For the 1-day pass, validity runs from 3am to 2:59am the following day. The 2-day pass covers two consecutive days.

The 28-Hour Ticket is valid for 28 hours from first use.

Show or scan your ticket’s QR code at eligible train gates, when getting off buses, and at attraction entrances.

Check the official attraction list before your visit, as each attraction can be used once within the applicable validity period.

Additional information

Present the QR code on your smartphone for transport access and attraction entry; screenshots of the QR code are not accepted.

You must have an internet-connected smartphone with a camera to use the digital ticket.

The 28-Hour Ticket is valid for 28 hours from first use, and the QR code must be valid when presented for attraction entry.

Each eligible attraction can be visited once during the ticket’s validity period.

The 28-Hour Ticket includes a one-way Nankai train journey from Kansai Airport to Namba and does not cover the return journey.

The 28-Hour Ticket is available for use from October 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

The voucher expires three months after purchase.

Children’s fares are not available for the 28-Hour Ticket.
