Went with my boyfriend, both first timers, and honestly the snowmobile ride was SO much fun! Our guide (think his name was Tom?) explained everything super chill—didn’t make us feel dumb for asking a million questions. The forest was like something outta a fairytale, all sparkly snow. Best part: the break by the fire with hot chocolate (bring marshmallows if ur a sweet tooth like me). Only thing is, my toes got frozen, so wear DOUBLE socks!!

Booked the evening tour w/ my pals. Didn’t see the northern lights (cloudy, ugh), but the driving itself was epic. Felt like we were speeding through Narnia. A bit noisy with a big group, but staff managed everyone well. Would recommend for sure, but maybe go later in season for better chance at auroras.

Took my two kids (7 & 10) and they LOVED the mini snowmobiles. Staff was soooo patient, even when my youngest kept going in circles, lol. The hot berry juice was a hit. It was a bit chilly at the end but they gave us extra mittens. Family-friendly for sure.

Nice activity, but felt kinda rushed. Too many people in our group and kept stopping to wait for slowpokes. Still, the views were beautiful. Would pick a smaller group next time.

Went solo while in Levi for work. The snowmobiles are well maintained, and the forest trails are peaceful once you get going. Little crowded at the start, but spreads out. Stopped for photos at a FROZEN lake. Guides are cool, speak good English. Wish the ride was longer.

What to bring

Bring a valid driver’s license if you wish to drive a snowmobile.

Dress in warm layers under the provided winter clothing.

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the meeting point.

What’s not allowed

Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited; all driving participants must have zero blood alcohol.

Pets are not permitted.

Luggage or large bags are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted during the activity.

Accessibility

This experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people with mobility impairments, people with recent surgeries, divers without certification, babies under 1 year, or people over 95 years.

The experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

For the pickup from set locations in Levi option, the exact meeting time and point will be informed by email the day before your tour. If you do not receive pickup information, please contact the activity provider.

Please be ready and wait at the agreed meeting point 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If staying in Levi Centre, meet your guide at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari Office 30 minutes before the scheduled start time (Address: Levintie 1585).

A missed pickup will result in a missed tour, which will not be refunded.

A valid driver’s license is required to drive a snowmobile. If you do not have a driver’s license, you can join a scenic sledge ride.

Participants under 15 years may ride as a passenger on a snowmobile only if they are at least 140 cm tall and booked at the adult price; otherwise, they must ride in a sledge behind the guide.

Two people share one snowmobile unless a single snowmobile add-on is booked for uneven groups.

Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and visibility cannot be guaranteed.
