The buses are not wheelchair accessible, but foldable wheelchairs that can fit between seats are allowed onboard.

Please note that boarding requires a high step up, which may be challenging for some guests.

The tour stays entirely on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. You will not cross Rainbow Bridge over to the USA side.

The Hornblower Boat Cruise operates seasonally (approx. May 8 to Nov 30); when closed, the Skylon Tower will be provided as a substitute.
