- Guests can obtain the voucher at Ngong Ping 360 ticket counter and redeem it for the actual ticket at any customer service center of MTR stations.
- The voucher is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
- 1-day validity refers to a period of 24 consecutive hours starting from the recorded entry time of the first journey on the MTR.
