The anniversary performance of "My Fair Lady" at the Sydney Opera House was stunning and a magical night out. It was great to hear such wonderful singing from the lead actors and the ensemble as well. The orchestra wove in and out of the story with beautiful precision. The production was superb. There were so many moments that took your breath away with their visual splendour. Top marks to the "troopers" I remember from the Sydney theatre scene in the 1980s. How terrific that they are still performing brilliantly so many years later! Someone commented to me that the tickets were expensive, but I completely disagree. You are paying for about 50 highly talented performers (not counting the behind-the-scenes workers) to bring absolute joy to your life. Thank you to all the cast and crew. You are very much appreciated.

The show was great.Loved their voices the songs. The costumes were spectacular as was the set. Would fully recommend this show. I was so looking forward to it. The only thing that spoilt it was the man in front of me was very big so I could only see some of the stage mainly the sides not the centre. He leant leaning forward and at times couldn't see much at all.I am a pensioner and the ticket was expensive so that was a bit of a let down for me

Reminded me of the film I saw in 1965 when both my parents were still alive. Loved it then and loved it now. My darling mother used to sing many of the songs to us as kids so we were very familiar with the libretto and the cleverness of it A high point was also how wonderfully warm the staff are to whit the buggy ride to and from the taxi rank for those of us with tricky knees and of course the wonderful sandwiches

Had a fantastic time at My Fair Lady at the Sydney Opera House Joan Sutherland Theatre over the weekend. The performance was exceptional. The performers portrayed the characters and storyline with vibrance and finesse. All the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful with our directions to the most convenient and comfortable access to our fantastic seats.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday and started off with dinner at the opera bar which was wonderful and then we went saw My fair Lady It was one of the most uplifting performance the four of us had to hold back not to sing with performers (which sometimes was not easy) We loved the costumes, the voices and the actors!! It was truly wonderful.

Visiting The Opera House is always a memorable and brilliant experience. Seeing the classic My Fair Lady in the Joan Sutherland Theatre at the Opera House was therefore an unbelievably memorable and brilliant experience! From the superb orchestra to the vibrantly talented cast, the majestic score to the glorious vocals, the exquisite costumes to the stunning, intricate set designs...from beginning to end, this musical was simply breathtaking! It's so hard to single out any one moment as a favourite because it was all so thoroughly magnificent...but I think an indication of the dedication to creating a truly lush, beautiful experience for the patrons was when the sparkling chandeliers slowly dropped down into the ballroom scene - every single detail of this production was extraordinary!

We absolutely loved this production. The acting was wonderful, but the staging, costumes, sets and props were what really blew us away — visually it was spectacular from beginning to end. Seeing it inside the Sydney Opera House made the whole experience even more special (even if we were up in the top corner of the theatre); the venue itself is truly bucket-list worthy. A fantastic night and one of the highlights of our Sydney trip.

It was amazing. It is one of my favourite movies and when the chance to see the theatre production at the opera house came up, I was in. It did not disappoint. The music, costumes and singing was amazing, amazing, amazing, as were the sets. It was on my bucket list to see a show at the Opera house and My Fair Lady was perfect.
