What an amazing show !! We are English and not very good French speakers but it did not matter one but ! The acting , singing and general emotion of the show was spellbinding - bravo to everyone .

The Lion King continues to captivate audiences at Théâtre Mogador. Seen by more than 114 million people worldwide, Disney's award-winning musical remains one of the most celebrated stage productions ever created.

Based on the iconic film, this Disney musical boasts 70+ awards globally—including 6 Tonys, 2 Oliviers, and 3 Molières in Paris.

Set in Paris, the production dazzles with grand sets, vibrant costumes, and intricate puppets. The tallest animals, like the 18-foot giraffes, are a highlight.

Featuring African languages such as Swahili and Zulu, the show showcases Elton John's musical genius and Julie Taymor’s Tony-winning direction and design. Perfect for Disney fans of all ages, it's a theatrical must-see!

The story

In The Lion King Musical, Simba, a young lion cub, must navigate the challenges of growing up in a world filled with love, betrayal, and adventure. Born to be king, his life takes a dark turn when his uncle Scar seizes the throne. Forced into exile, Simba must find the strength to reclaim his rightful place. With the help of his friends, he faces the journey of maturity, love, and destiny. But will he overcome his past and rise to the throne?
