What's not allowed

Mozarthaus

• Flash photography is strictly prohibited throughout the museum. Look for posted reminders, especially in rooms displaying original manuscripts.

• Food and drinks are not allowed in exhibition areas. Any snacks or bottled beverages can be left at the reception before your visit.

• To avoid the busiest areas, start your tour from the top floor, which features the themed exhibits, and move downward to the Mozart apartment on the lower levels.

• The multilingual audio guide is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Slovak, Hungarian, Czech, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Polish, and Russian, ensuring a rich experience for international visitors.

Haus der Musik

• Expect to spend 1 to 2 hours inside, depending on how much time you wish to spend with each exhibit.

• If you have a discounted ticket, keep your ID handy for verification at the entrance.

• Some parts of the exhibition feature flashing lights, projections, and immersive sounds and are not suitable for visitors with epilepsy or similar sensory conditions.
