The entire Titlis experience was great from start to finish. We were picked up at the agreed-upon location and on time. During the ride, the guide/driver shared interesting facts about the area and the Titlis. Once we arrived at Titlis, he took care of the tickets and escorted us all the way to the second lift. The weather was beautiful and clear on the day of our trip, and we were able to fully enjoy the stunning mountains and scenery. When we were there, it wasn’t crowded, so we could enjoy all the attractions to the fullest without any wait times. It was more than worth the time and money. A real highlight, in other words.

The tour itself was incredible and absolutely worth it. However, the information on the Headout website contradicted what the actual provider told us on the ground, and when I contacted chat support to clarify, the agents had no real knowledge of the tour and only confirmed the wrong information. I nearly traveled to Zurich unnecessarily because of this. Headout needs to coordinate properly with their providers and train their support team to actually know the tours they sell. Great experiences shouldn't be put at risk by avoidable confusion.

Went up Mt. Titlis with my boyfriend and honestly, it felt like walking into a snowglobe but REAL. We lucked out with mostly clear skies, just a bit of mist on the way up but then—bam!—views for days. The cable car ride was smooth (even tho I get a bit freaked out by heights), and the rotating bit at the end was a fun surprise. The cliff walk was a little scary for me, but he loved it. Glacier cave was chilly and kinda sparkly inside, not what I expected. Our guide, Lars, kept cracking little jokes and shared random facts about the mountains (apparently goats outnumber people up here, lol). Only thing: lines for the Skyflyer got long after lunch, so go early if you can. Def bring a jacket, even if it’s warm in Lucerne. Would do it again!

What to bring

Carry your passport or valid ID card for the tour.

Dress for alpine conditions, as temperatures at the summit are much lower than in Lucerne.

What’s not allowed

Large luggage is best left behind.

Weather-related attractions may close at short notice for safety reasons.

This experience is not fully wheelchair accessible (the Ice Flyer is not wheelchair accessible)

Featured attractions such as the Ice Flyer, Glacier Park, and Cliff Walk operate subject to weather and seasonal conditions.

From June 2026, summit visits are expected to be limited to around one hour because of construction work, with restaurant facilities shifted to Trübsee.

The Titlis Tower featuring a panoramic deck will open in June 1 and entry is included in the cablecar ticket.
