We had a great time during the tour! Our tour guide, Erina, was so helpful and made our trip so much more enjoyable! She's lived in Japan for many years now, so she knows many facts and interesting things about Japan. My girlfriend and I are definitely going to book another tour with the agency on our next Japan trip and are going to specifically ask for her to guide us again.

My family and I went on the Mt.Fuji daytrip on the 29th of September, and we were lead by Vivienne. It was a very well-guided tour. She was very informative, gave us detailed information of the various sites we visited and the customs of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would rate her 5 stars.

The host Sawaki was awesome. He was very informative funny intelligent and made the trip 100% better then I thought it ever could be. He gave us quizzes and was very attentive to all on the bus.
