L'abbazia ha tre ingressi : uno per i gruppi, uno per i biglietti acquistati online e uno per i biglietti da acquistare. Con l'acquisto online l'entrata è stata velocissima al mattino alle 10. Felicissimi di questa scelta. È un monumento straordinario che vale la pena visitare.

Pas de problème pout la réservation. Le guide, Honoré, était au rendez vous et il a été excellent tout au long de la visite, fournissant de nombreuses anecdotes historiques pour agrémenter la visite. Le Mont Saint Michel est un endroit magique !

Grazie a Headout ho potuto entrare con tranquillità e visitare l'Abbazia di Mont-Saint-Michel. È bastato mostrare il QR code e siamo entrati. Anche la prenotazione è stata molto facile da fare, bravi! 👏

Mit den vorab gebuchten Tickets könnten wir direkt an der Warteschlange vorbei, die Tablets für den Rundgang abholen und die Abtei betreten. Wartezeit am Eingang gab es für uns nicht. Am Tablet - Schalter vielleicht 5 Minuten. Toll wäre gewesen, vorab auch ein extra Tablet für das Kind zu reservieren (Es gibt darauf eine tolle Kinderführung mit interaktiver Schatzsuche) aber da das Kind noch kein Ticket brauchte und somit nur 2 Tickets gebucht waren, konnte auch kein extra Tablet reserviert werden. Nachbuchung vor Ort war aber problemlos möglich. Vielleicht in Zukunft 0,-€ Tickets für Kinder mit anbieten, damit die Option für das extra Tablet verfügbar wird.

Esperienza davvero bellissima a Mont Saint-Michel! Tutto è stato organizzato in maniera molto semplice e senza intoppi con i biglietti acquistati qui su headout: siamo arrivati all'Abbazia alle 10:40 e già alle 10:45 iniziava la visita guidata in italiano gratuita inclusa nel biglietto. La guida è stata bravissima, molto preparata ma allo stesso tempo simpatica e coinvolgente. Ha saputo raccontare la storia dell'Abbazia in modo interessante e piacevole, rendendo la visita ancora più speciale. Visita assolutamente consigliata!

The Mont Saint Michel was amazing. What made it even beter, was that we had bought tickets online. We could skip the huge queue and just enjoy the abbey. Don't forget to also select the tablets when you're traveling with children. Ours loved to be able to see the ancient setups.

Tickets were issued for an incorrect date. The ticket provider would not exchange tickets for the correct date. Rather then fix their error, I was provided text from French Civil Code. I was required to purchase a second set of tickets to enter the Abbey.

What to expect

Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey

Step inside Mont-Saint-Michel Abbey and explore the monument independently. Walk through its stone stairways, courtyards, chapels, halls, cloisters, ramparts, and terraces, with time to pause at viewpoints overlooking the bay. Depending on the option selected, your visit may include an information booklet, an audio guide tour with an immersive tablet, or guided tour of the village.

Self-paced visit: Move through the Abbey independently and spend more time in the spaces that interest you most.

What to bring

Clothing: Wear comfortable shoes for walking on cobblestone streets and dress in modest clothing for the visit to the abbey.

Accessibility

Mobility: The site is challenging for visitors with reduced mobility, and some areas remain difficult to access even with assistance devices and adapted tour options.

Service animals: Guide dogs and assistance dogs are allowed inside the monument, but other pets are not permitted.

What’s not allowed

Prohibited items: Do not bring carrier bags, knives, or scooters on this experience.

Bag size: Carry only small cabin-size bags into the Abbey, as suitcases and large hiking backpacks are not allowed.
