The guide was friendly and informative. Unfortunately we did not get to see important landmarks. Also the address on the site is not the GPS address for the tuk tuk site. We lost time going to the wrong site. Since we were walking we entered the address into gps.

The guide then confirms your chosen 1, 2, 3, or 4-hour route before setting off.

Mobility aids: Only folding wheelchairs and strollers are allowed, and electric wheelchairs are not permitted.

Private booking: Tuk Tuks are booked privately, and pricing depends on the number of vehicles needed.

Stops by duration: The 60-minute tour has no stops, the 120-minute tour stops at Debod, and the 180 and 240-minute tours also stop at Las Ventas and Bernabéu.

Late arrival under 15 minutes: If you arrive late, your tour time will be reduced by the delay.

Late arrival over 15 minutes: If your delay exceeds 15 minutes, the tour will be canceled without a refund.

Winter comfort: In winter, Tuk Tuks use protective layers and blankets to keep you warm.
