Lower Antelope Canyon

If I could give it a ten on your website I would. It was an absolutely awesome experience. Other worldly is the only way I can describe it. Our guide Lamar was excellent. He explained how this came to be, offered advice on how to get the best pictures and took many for us.

I have never seen such beauty that lays hidden below a stark and barren landscape. Our guide Leroy made our experience amazing. From his knowledge for the areas history, to his photo tips, he made our tour and outstanding memory.

Me, my husband, and our son did the "Ligai Si Anii" tour for my son's 3rd birthday! He loved it so much and so did me and dad. The views are beautiful and your camera on your phone will NOT do it justice. You are allowed to bring a water and your camera, so if you have a nice professional camera, make sure to bring it! We loved our tour guide Darlene, she was so genuine and informative about the canyon's history. Make sure you bring cash to tip your guide and biy water at the shack, we unfortunately did not and wish we did. The only complaint I have is it seemed like the driver and tour check in host were not entirely happy to be at their job. They weren't necessarily rude, but they weren't necessarily friendly either. I realistically would give a 4.5 instead of 4. Definitely book this trip, you only get a life time to experience these beautiful wonders of nature, soak it in!!!

Our guide Tomas was great! He was so funny and informative. It started to rain towards the end and another group got removed from their group and he helped them all cross the water to get back and join the group!

The day started out with some confusion about what the time actually was in Antelope Canyon. Apparently cellphones can get confused when they ping off Utah cell towers this time of year due to the time difference between Utah and Arizona as well as the proximity. But once we started the tour we thought it kind of unusual that the tour company used 4 wheel drive buses. Once those buses got off the highway it was pretty evident as to why. The ride in and out was a little bumpy at times but not bad. The canyon tour was interesting and would have been better on a sunny day but you can't change the weather. Better half loved it though so that's all that really matters. Lots of picture taking and a fairly easy stroll. Of course we took the Upper Antelope Canyon tour. The lower canyon tour we heard was a little more strenuous. Anyway a good time was had by all. Basically took less than 2 hours when it was all said and done so with so much to see in the area that was not a problem. A little pricey but worth it if you're in the area.

First when Mom Carol came out to speak to us was touching. Then the bouncy ride thru the sand was great. Mike our guide was perfect for me because he was all about getting the right picture. I could go all day with him, and learn so much. It was also my birthday and the perfect way to spend part of my day!
