- Timed-entry tickets let you choose a convenient slot and skip the ticket counter. Do note that mandatory security checks may take 15–30 minutes or longer.
- If your ticket includes an audio guide, be sure to download and activate it in advance, as WiFi and mobile reception at the meeting point are limited. The last audio guide rental is available at 4 pm.
- Entry is free for children under 18 and EU citizens under 25. Free tickets must still be collected on-site or through the official website, even if the option doesn’t appear during checkout.
