Trotz Wartezeit ein unvergessliches Erlebnis – Atemberaubender Ausblick!Mein Fazit: Ja, man muss mit Wartezeiten rechnen, aber das London Eye ist jeden Cent und jede Minute Warten wert! Der Ausblick über die Stadt ist einfach unschlagbar.Was die Erfahrung perfekt gemacht hat:Die Aussicht: Das 360-Grad-Panorama über Big Ben, die Themse und die Skyline ist einfach gigantisch und bietet die besten Fotomotive.Die Fahrt: Die Gondeln bewegen sich extrem ruhig. Die Fahrt dauert etwa 30 Minuten, sodass man genug Zeit hat, alles in Ruhe anzuschauen.Die Organisation: Trotz der riesigen Menschenmassen war der Einlass super organisiert und die Schlange blieb ständig in Bewegung.Mein Tipp zur Wartezeit:Wer absolut keine Lust auf langes Anstehen hat, sollte unbedingt das Fast-Track-Ticket buchen. Wir hatten das Standard-Ticket und mussten trotz Online-Buchung etwa 45 Minuten warten. Das Warten hat sich am Ende aber definitiv gelohnt!Ein absolutes Must-Do in London, das man einmal im Leben mitgemacht haben muss. Klare Empfehlung!

We had a fantastic time at the London eye today, We had the opportunity to come and visit this magnificent country during our 7 day trip and got recommended this throughout many people. As one of your guys top attractions and sights to see in London. Once we got on it we had a enjoyable and fun experience being able to sight see the city of London and the other cool buildings to share and take photos. Additionally how you guys offer photos was a great opportunity to keep a unforgettable memory of our trip on your magnificent London eye you guys have to offer. Over all I would give this trip to the London eye and 5 stars with the smooth ride and the amazing sight seeing views were a very enjoyable experience. Lastly I would be recommending this to anyone wanting to see or know what London is like and this is a great way to introduce and incorporate the enjoyable sights into your day!

The London eye was an excellent experience. Very easy to walk to from Westminster or Waterloo tube stations. We bought tickets online with an entry time but there is a ticket offfice located opposite to the Eye which also has good toilet facilities if required. I would advise about 30mins before the event time, as there is a short queue and security checks to pass through. The London Eye experience takes 30mins. Great views of the Thames, the Shard and Westminster. Even though the ferris wheel goes high, it feels extremely safe and secure. Rotates at a gentle pace. You can sit or stand/move around the London eye car to get views. All staff were helpful. Great experience.

We love it.but the controller was rude with us. At the beginning she ask the qr ok i look in the headout app i got it. And show it but she was rude.and at he end again. The lift to exit was broken. The controller upstairs told us to go by the other lift. Super we went down and again the controller told us that we have to go down the stairs i told her that ladies of 68. 69. 71. 73. And 78 must have special attentions. In our country Peru over 60 years we have special attentions

It was really nice this outing. We arrived on time. We thaught the London Eye did not work and were afraid that it would take a long time before we could enter the cabin. But everything was ok. the eye turns very slowly so you can take your time to see everything clearly. The sky was a bit greyish. This was a pity. Overall a valuable experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was very smooth once we reached the end of the queue. The staff was very nice except for at the veruy end where they've obviosuly been istructed to push the photo very hard. That was a bit annoying, but I don't blame the workers. It was obviously the work of the owners of the means of production. Like all reasonable communists I would never blame the opressed class and always point the finger at the correct culprit, namely the capitalist who deserves to rot op in jail and endless suffering in the afterlife. Other than that it was great ride :) I can recomment it to everyone.

The line was long but it didn't feel like it as with no time, we already could go inside the London Eye container (?) thing. I was amazed at the view, it was really pretty! I went here with my mother during my graduation celebration trip. Thanks for this moment.

Nice to have a good half hour to check out all the sights across the city; the capsule wasn't too crowded either. Queuing was fairly quick and good to have an option to get a photo memento as well.

Since 2000, the London Eye has defined the city’s skyline as one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels.

E-scooters, e-bikes and e-unicycles are prohibited on the IFS Cloud Cable Car in line with TfL policy.

London Eye

Sharp metallic tools or objects, alcohol, drones, large suitcases, bags, or rucksacks, smoke bombs, fireworks, glass bottles, illegal substances, rollerblades, scooters, e-scooters, skateboards, tripods, motorcycle helmets, or hot foods are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

IFS Cloud Cable Car

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

The maximum weight for wheelchairs is 300kg, and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm.

You get on and off through the same doors, so there may not be enough space for you to turn around. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cars.

The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.

Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.

This experience may not be suitable for guests with vertigo, motion sensitivity, acrophobia (fear of heights), heart conditions, or anxiety disorders.

For your convenience, your guide dogs are welcome to join you.

London Eye

Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket with valid documentation.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Ramps are available at the venue for easy access.

Additional information

IFS Cloud Cable Car

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for boarding procedures.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.

You can either remain in the car and return to your starting terminal or get off at the opposite terminal and make your return at any time on the same day.

The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.

One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.

Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times. Guests with bicycles travel for free on the cable car before 10:30am on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.

Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets are allowed in the cars but must be carried at all times.

London Eye

Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by adults (18+).

Children under the age of 2 years can go for free, but require a ticket to enter.

Expect a wait time of up to 30-60 mins before your experience begins.

Guests should be fully clothed and must wear shoes.

Facilities: restroom, cloakroom, and free Wi-Fi.
