I am so happy that I have visited the complex with Headout. Everything was included in the ticket, all the complex. And guess what, the tower is leaning indeed :) take a tour upstairs definitely, it is unforgettable

Der Besuch des Monumentalkomplexes inkl. . Zugang zum schiefen Turm war sehr gut👍 Online gebucht und ein Online Ticket für den Zugang. So wie es sein muss. Alles perfekt.

Admission sur le site très facile, mais 2 choses très déplaisantes La première : un départ de course automobile dans un tel site est un non-sens total ! C'est polluant dangereux et bruyant... La seconde : il faut expliquer aux visiteurs que la consigne des sacs est à capacité très limitée, ce qui la réserve aux seuls visiteurs de la tour, avec récupération immédiate et obligatoire dès la sortie de la tour. Ceci sous peine de se voir refuser l'entrée dans les autres lieux comme le baptistère par exemple.

Shortly after I bought the tickets, I received a message that, in fact, there weren't any available spots for that day (some miscommunication between tower management and headout) with the options to change the date or full refund. After a short back and forth messages, they made it possible for us to visit the tower on that day, giving it was our only option, so 10/10 for the team. The views were stunning and the audio guide was insightful. All the other monuments worth the visit as well.

Attention en prendre en compte le fait qu'il faille impérativement déposer tous vos sac et effet personnel à la consigne avant de monter dans la tour. Votre ticket vous donne accès gratuitement aux toilettes. Parfois cela peut rendre service !!!

Getting started

Begin your journey at the heart of Pisa by making your way to Piazza del Duomo, 56126 Pisa PI, Italy, the square that houses the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the magnificent Pisa Cathedral. Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled entry time and display your ticket at the entrance near the Porta Santa Maria, the main gateway to the square.

What to expect

Step inside one of Italy’s most iconic landmarks and experience Pisa from ground level to skyline.

Timed entry to the Leaning Tower: Enter at your selected time and climb the iconic 12th-century bell tower at your own pace, taking in its unique tilt and panoramic views from the top.

Self-paced access to Pisa Cathedral: Visit the cathedral after your tower climb and explore its grand Romanesque interiors, intricate marble details, and historic artworks without a guided schedule.

Upgrades: Make the most of your visit with optional upgrades. What to bring

Please carry a valid ID to present upon entry for verification.

What's not allowed

To preserve the tower, please refrain from bringing metal objects, bags, or containers.

Accessibility

The climb involves 273 steep steps with no elevators, making it inaccessible to wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular issues.

Children under 8 cannot climb, and those aged 8–18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Additional information

Remember to wear modest clothing covering knees and shoulders as the visit includes entry to the Cathedral.

Entry tickets are timed to manage crowds; late arrivals will not be allowed.

If your chosen slot is unavailable, you’ll get a new time within one hour. Tower climbs are limited to 30 minutes to manage visitor flow.

The selected date and time apply only to the Tower; other monuments can be visited the same day or within a year from the chosen date.

Cathedral entry is free but requires a timed pass if visited alone; it is automatically included with any Pisa Complex ticket, including Tower entry.
