- To preserve the tower, please refrain from bringing metal objects, bags, or containers.
Accessibility

The Tower climb involves 273 steep steps without elevators, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular conditions.

Children under 8 cannot climb, and those aged 8–18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Additional Information

Timed entry to the Tower is strictly enforced; please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved slot. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.

If your chosen time slot is unavailable due to high demand, a new slot will be assigned within an hour before or after your original choice. Please note that time at the top of the Tower is limited to 30 minutes.

Access to the Cathedral is free but requires a timed pass if visited independently. This pass is automatically included with any Pisa Complex ticket, including Tower entry.

Remember to wear modest clothing covering knees and shoulders as the visit includes entry to the Cathedral and the Baptistery.
