Well organised experience. Many thanks to the reviewer who advised going to the check in window to the left of the ticket office. Its marked check-in 1 ... VIP, Glass bottomed Gondola and Express Lane. N.B. you have to show the voucher bar code to exchange it for express Lane bangles before entering the express Lane. Highly recommend getting there early. It opens at 9.30 and queues were forming at 9.15. Cable car and bridge walk are fabulous. Eagles nest is great... but may be tricky for those who don't really like heights as the glass floor is off putting for some.

Online purchase easy BUT we still had to que to get wrist bands! Thank god we got the express lane , normal que was very long! Steps to the sky Bridge ARE NOT NORMAL SIZE. There are some very deep steps to negotiate! Some steps concrete, others hued from rock. Also 2 way traffic on them. We went down but paid for the lift back up...only 10m rinkitt. Sky walk (made of glass) was very good. We spent ages on it and even saw a great hornbill flying around. When eating beware of the monkeys. One little bu**er swiped the bread roll off my plate!

This place is unbelievable beautiful and magical! Wherever you look you can see the nature, it's green and blue everywhere. The staff is nice and friendly. It's more than worthy to go up there to see Langkawi from another point of view .     Es war ein wunderschöner Ausflug auf den Gipfel von Langkawi, die Express-Buchung lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und die Aussicht ist Atemberaubenden schön, wer hier auf Langkawi ist sollte das auf jeden Fall mal machen. Das 3D Art Museum ist toll man kann witzige Fotos machen und der Rex Dome ist auch sehr unterhaltsam. Alles in allem ein gelungener Tag.

    The process was so easy, just took the e-ticket to the ticketing counter and they scanned it and gave me the handbands, it only took around 3min and the cable car was amazing, highly recommend.

    Really well organised and incredibly helpful young staff when I couldn't access my tickets or work out how to put the wrist band on. Enjoyed every minute.

    A good experience but overly complex and confusing ticketing system. No point buying tickets online as you still have to go to the ticket office.
