App was very easy to use. Please remember to download prior to getting to the siteAudio guide was a little confusing with directions. Also, mispronounced Knossos.

Skip the line, easy entry was wonderful. I forgot my ear buds but just listened on my iPhone. The audio guide was well done, with a good amount of detail.

The history is what made this visit so great! Walking through the ancient site and learning about the Minoan civilization really brought the experience to life. I highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, especially if you’re visiting while cruise ships are in port. We were able to skip the long ticket lines and get ahead of the crowds. The lines were VERY long once the cruise-ship passengers arrived. The audio guide was also a great addition—it gave much more context to what we were seeing and made the visit even more interesting. Tip: Buy your tickets ahead of time and beat the cruise-ship crowds!

Explore Knossos Palace, the largest Bronze Age site on Crete and the ceremonial hub of the Minoan civilization, an absolute feast for history enthusiasts.

With the pre-booked e-ticket, dive straight into your journey into the past, find a copy of “Prince of the Lilies” at the South Entrance Corridor and more.

The self-guided audio tour, available in 5 languages, lets you discover the beauty and trade secrets of Minoan times.

The cupbearers and procession frescoes at the South Propylaeum offer valuable insights into daily life and ceremonies in Minoan Crete.

The entry ticket was fine. The audio guide lacked proper instruction to get to the next station and because there was no map this made navigation very difficult especially where parts where closed off.
