Il luogo è molto curato, ordinato e pulito. L'aufioguida è veramente ben realizzata e molto user friendly. Il personale molto cordiale. Unica nota negativa che mi sarei aspettato di trovare qualcosa in più della vita della Principessa Diana. Molto ben curato anche il parco e l'ho trovato molto bello nonostante fosse febbraio. Comodissimo anche l'autobus per arrivarci. Meteo: non è vero che piove sempre a Londra...

Kensington Palace is the third Royal palace we have visited and everything about it was terrific. The free audio guides are excellent. The room guides are so knowledgable, informative and amusing. The house certainly feels like a palace but also manages to feel lived in and homely. A great visit and the app from Headout was so easy to use.

From the start our guide Paul was magnificent and patient, extremely knowledgeable about everything Kensington. His barbed wit was most refreshing and the man could read a crowd with panache! Our lunch was was lovely and the staff were gracious and kind. Our visit was amazing and Unforgettable!

See a tribute to Princess Diana

Many of the rooms have low-level lighting, which might be difficult for visually impaired visitors.

Audioguides are available directly from the venue at the Hub, next to the ticket scanning desk. You can pick up a physical device on a first-come, first-served basis, or access the digital version via the Visitor's Guide. Audioguide handout closes at 3pm.
