Kensington Palace is lovely. The self guided audio tour is well done and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Booking through Headout was easy and the customer service was exceptional when I was having issues downloading my tickets (user error - not their fault).

like all of your useless system designed for only young, computer savvy people to understand I did not intentionally give you 5 stars; I intended to give you none. Because I hadn't managed to download a ticket when I paid you, Kensington Palace wouldn't accept my receipt of payment & I had to buy another ticket. Thanks, Headout, I won't be using you again. Un site remarquable à voir. Beaucoup de belles peintures et d'objets liés à la royauté et nous faisons remonter dans le temps. On s'y croirait ! Quant à la vue depuis les fenêtres : inoubliable ! Merci aussi au personnel souriant et agréable

Easy to book the combo tickets for the Kensington Palace and Frameless London. As someone who's an avid lover of history and art, this was a nice deal to take. It was a lovely day learning about the history of Kensington Palace with audio guide provided for you. Frameless London was a nice way to unwind and enjoy some of the well known arts...in digital and, with some, interactive ways. Lots of fun if you go with friends and/or family.

This was a lovely place to visit. Entry was well organized and went quickly. The tour instructions were very clear. The accompanying audio made the history in each room come alive. The staff is very friendly. I recommend a visit.
