What to bring

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted on the balloon or at the launch site.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited before and during the flight.

Smoking is not allowed at the launch site, during the flight, or at the landing site.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals with prior arrangement.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Passengers must be able to climb in and out of the balloon basket unassisted.

Passengers over 130kg should contact the office for personalised booking support prior to booking.

Additional information

The experience begins early, around 4:30am or earlier; the exact meeting time will be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp the evening before your flight.

Meeting point is in Northam unless shuttle transport from Perth is booked (available as an extra).

Launch site and timing are dependent on wind and seasonal conditions; flight duration is approximately 1 hour, with a total experience time of about 4 hours.

Hands-on participation in balloon setup and pack away is optional.

A delicious breakfast is included after your flight.

For safety reasons, pregnant guests and those with recent surgeries or severe mobility issues are advised not to participate.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
