We started our Tour directly at the Eiffel tour. I was super easy to find the bus and to check in with the QR code. We got free ear-pids and enjoyed the voice- tourguided city round. It has been quite easy to hop off at the city to take a walk and to go eat and later hop on again to continue. Would be nice to make the yellow (night) line at daytime too, to come to Montmartre, but the blue line was enjoyable at all. Thanks for the Family ticket option to save money. Definitely a good decision!

El servicio es puntual, bien indicado, los autobuses están limpios, ayer hubo un cambio de ruta por una carrera y nos informaron puntualmente, muy correcto. Las explicaciones de los audios están bien pero podían ser mejorable, más extensas y con más datos. En la explicación en castellano dice un taco, puede sobrar, El precio es un poco caro, es que Paris es caro en general , el café es carísimo 5 o 6 euros.

El bus es muy cómodo. Segundo piso techado. El audio-guía es un aporte muy importante para conocer la ciudad y su historia. La opción del crucero x el Sena es muy bueno. Sugiero q el ticket del crucero se pueda comprar junto con el bus.

In questi giorni abbiamo partecipato ad un giro in autobus per la città di Parigi con crociera sulla Senna. Per quanto riguarda il tour sono molto contento di questa formula perché per chi non ha grandi esigenze di visite approfondite di una città permette di vedere in poco tempo la maggior parte delle attrazioni più importanti. Comodissimo il fatto di poter scendere e salire quante volte vuoi. Comodo il fatto di poter utilizzare il servizio per 24 ore effettive. Sinceramente non mi è piaciuto tanto il commento in italiano delle attrazioni sul tour in autobus. Poco informativo e un po' svalutante la figura di noi italiani. Tour di due ore però davvero bello. Il giorno successivo lo si può impiegare per visitare le cose che più sono piaciute. Per quanto riguarda la crociera sulla Senna ci sono tanti orari a disposizione quindi non si rischia di perderla. Una volta attivato il tour il primo giorno hai 15 giorni per usufruire della crociera, questa cosa non mi sembra di averla letta da nessuna parte ma ce l'ha spiegata una ragazza sull'autobus e poi ho ricevuto conferma dalla chat di headout. Non essendoci il commento in italiano sulla crociera abbiamo capito ben poco. Non siamo riusciti ad accedere alla parte superiore del traghetto e quindi ci siamo dovuti accontentare. Piuttosto aspettate il traghetto successivo. Comunque dò un bel 8 a tutta l'esperienza!

The buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Ramps and elevators are available on the buses for easy access.

Your guide dogs are welcome on the buses.

Additional information

Your pets are welcome, as long as they’re safely secured in a suitable transport box and positioned near your knees.

Infants under 4 years can travel for free, but a ticket is still required. It is recommended that they remain seated on the accompanying adult’s lap.

You can use your tickets on any day before the tour date. However, just keep in mind that they cannot be redeemed if the first day of travel has already passed.

Cruises run every 45 minutes from 10:45am to 6:30pm from Port de Suffren (Eiffel Tower), lasting 60 minutes each.

Note: For the next three weeks, departures will be reduced to 4 cruises per day, seven days a week: 11:30am, 1:15pm, 3pm, 4:45pm
