The trip would have been fantastic, but the weather was cold and wet. Sitting upstairs in the open deck didn't work, so we sat downstairs, but the windows were steamed up, so visibility was very poor. That said, the audio commentary sounded very interesting, and the driver was very safe, so no complaints there.

What a great tour of Milan! We rode on the blue, red and gren tour routes and loved learning and seeing Milan. It was easy to purchase the tickets online. The agents were helpful at the stops. I would highly recommend this bus tour company!

Le personnel qui vous accueille avant la montée dans le bus est extrêmement serviable et agréable L hotesse dans le bus aussi. Par contre les chauffeurs ont une conduite dangereuse et trop rapide ... Seul PROBLÈME A CORRIGER le QR code des horaires ne fonctionne pas, donc quand on descend pour une visite ont ne sait pas a quelle heure est le prochain bus , ce serait bien qu il y ai a CHAQUE ARRÊT un panneau indiquant les horaires ainsi que de quoi s'asseoir pour les personnes handicapées !

J'ai eu du mal à trouver un arrêt de la ligne de bus et attendu longtemps (40 min) avant d'apercevoir un bus. Il n'y a pas de carte interactive de la position du bus et estimé du temps d'attente...ce qui nous empêchait de s'éloigner de l'arrêt ... À bord j'ai eu un très bon service et la narration fournissait beaucoup d'info de qualité.
