• Most buses are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, please contact the operator before the start of your trip to ensure they can best accommodate your needs.

• Please note that after 4pm, buses will run continuously, with no hop-on hop-off service.

• Before your hop-on hop-off tour starts, you must redeem your e-tickets/vouchers at the bus station. From 8am to 3:30pm, you can check in at Saigon Central Post Office & from 4pm to 11pm, check in at 92-96 Nguyen Hue St, Dist. 1.

• Please note that you must meet the staff on the bus to get the entrance ticket to The War Remnants Museum or Independence Palace.

• Check in for the Independence Palace and the War Remnants Museum is between 8:30am and 3:30 pm.

• Specific details related to the add-ons in your tickets, such as entry to attractions, will be shared in the ticket post-booking.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
• Please check your final voucher for the starting point details & specific instructions.
