The trip was good, but it could have been better. The routes and timings were not clear. I had trouble understanding how the bus worked. We got stuck at the big ben and waited for an eternity to get on another bus which never came. Had to end our bus tour grudgingly. There should be proper guidance on the timings of buses at each station. The route map was quite confusing and the time table didnt serve the purpose.
