PERFECT for me AND to my delight , it wasn't crowded with tourists , so I had a lovely bus with room up front!!!! The bus was always on time wherever I was and I was able to really see Oxford, the way I wanted to\nSee!!!! THANK YOU!

It was an easy to use the bus to get a great overview of Oxford. One thing that kept me from a five star rating was the partially poor quality of the audio signal. I am not sure if the ears plugs or the connector was the problem, but sometimes the signal was scratchy and fading.

As older travelers, we struggle with too much walking so the top of a double decker bus is such a great way to tour a city. The commentary explains what the wonderful buildings are and gives information on architecture and history. It was such a pity that the prepayment system proved to be so problematic. That spoiled what would have been a five star experience.
