Harukas 300 was absolutely breathtaking. From the friendly, welcoming staff to the garden floor where you can lounge and take in the view, every part of the experience felt very special. The observation deck was also truly next level with stunning views across Osaka that made it feel like I was on top of the world. The windows were very clean that photos and videos came out perfectly crisp. I had such a memorable time here and Harukas 300 was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Osaka. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Osaka Castle was awesome. After reading about the history and stories, Osaka Castle climbed to the top of my list of best castles in Japan. Purchasing the ticket online took only a few minutes and I got to skip the line right outside. The cost was the same online vs paying at the ticket counter. I think it's worth it, especially if you like history, culture, and architecture.

This was my first time ever going to Japan and ever traveling out of the country to be honest. My girlfriend and I went here for our anniversary, and it blew away my expectations. The view was great, the staff were friendly, and the amenities were far more than I expected. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!

What's not allowed

Harukas 300 Observatory

No food and drinks are allowed in the Observatory except on the 58th floor where there is a cafe.

Osaka Castle

Large luggage, sharp metals, and food and drinks are not permitted in the castle. Only water is allowed on the premises.

Flash photography is not allowed in certain areas of the castle.

Accessibility

Harukas 300 Observatory

Wheelchairs are available on the 16th floor and are subject to availability.

Osaka Castle

Free admission will be given to visitors with disability certificates. One companion can also be admitted for free.

The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle gets too crowded on a certain day, strollers will not be allowed.

Coin lockers are available at the Observatory, but are subject to availability.

Entry is free for children of 3 years and below. They must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Guests can deposit their belongings at the entrance ticket counter at a fee of JPY100 per piece. Available from 9am to 4:30pm only (last call for pick up at 5pm).

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
