The City Wonders staff member who got us to the Studio was excellent, as was the outstanding guide we had throughout the day. The whole process was incredibly smooth and an absolute highlight of this trip. Would 100% go again at another time of year to see a different studio theme. Just wonderful.

Unser Guide hat die Studiotour mit so viel Herz und Leidenschaft erklärt, das es definitiv zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis wurde. Sich für eine geführte Tour in kleiner Gruppe zu entscheiden war das Beste was wir machen konnten. Es gab so viele Hintergrundinformationen. Wir konnten danach weiter in den Studios bleiben und sind deshalb eine extra Runde gelaufen, um all das zu sehen, was wir bei der Tour übersprungen haben oder noch einmal sehen wollten. Super tolles Erlebnis und sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Zugfahrt und die Begleitung war sehr positiv und aufmerksam. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener und unvergesslicher Tag. Vielen Dank dafür.

Die Kotaktaufnahme mit dem Reisebegleiter war sehr gut. Was etwas unübersichtlich war, als wir mit dem Bus vor den Studio angekommen waren und unser Guide kurz weg war. Wir wussten in dem Moment nicht, das sie die Eintrittstickets geholt hat. Im Studio sind wir dann in 2 Gruppen aufgeteilt wurden. Mein Englisch ist nicht so gut und ich bekam noch einen Übersetzer( kleines Gerät) das war super. Die Zugverbindung zurück war eine Katastrophe, aber dafür konnten die Guides nichts. Die Informationen im Studio waren beeindruckend !!!!

Todo me ha gustado y muy puntuales así da gusto la visita nos ha dado tiempo más q de sobra , tour con el guía y luego podíamos quedar hasta el cierre de los estudios xq el billete del tren era abierto a la hora q quisiéramos, obviamente no esperar al cierre xq los trenes tiene. Unas horas desde allí, pero genial

Für die Abholung und die Hinfahrt gibt es nur einen Stern. Mitarbeiter von City Wonders kam knapp 30 Minuten zu spät zum vereinbarten Treffpunkt, dadurch kam es im Studio zu Hektik und die Zeit zum Anschauen war deshalb verkürzt. Der Mitarbeiter von City Wonders hat auch mit uns kaum gesprochen und irgendetwas erklärt. Den Guide Mason kann man nur loben und empfehlen. Er war sehr freundlich, engagiert und hat alles sehr gut erklärt. Fazit: Sehr schöne Erfahrung, allerdings viel zu wenig Zeit um sich alles genauer anzuschauen. Massenabfertigung, was man im Vorfeld schon weiß. Der Preis war für so wenig Zeit zu hoch.
