After a quick check-in, your guide will explain the itinerary and you’ll set off toward the Lecrín Valley in a comfortable vehicle. This guided excursion takes you to a traditional olive mill where you’ll learn how extra virgin olive oil is produced, from harvesting olives to extraction and storage. You’ll walk through the working areas, understand each stage of the process, and finish with a guided tasting session that teaches you how to recognize flavor profiles and oil quality.
