What to bring

All guests booked on a tour must carry government-issued forms of identification.

Additional information

All passengers must check in at the Grand Canyon National Park Airport 30 minutes before the flight time.

Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or older.

Passengers exceeding 299lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) in weight will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat.

In the event of an increased price of aviation fuel, a per-person fuel surcharge may apply.

No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.

Tip: Wear layered clothing to adapt to changing temperatures. A light jacket or sweater can be useful, especially in the cooler air at higher altitudes.
