前天5/5An amazing experience in Tokyo! I drove a go-kart with "SCRAMBLE KART TOKYO" and I highly recommend it. I have a Japanese driver's license, but they also accept international licenses. The staff was very friendly and attentive from the start. Before setting off, they show you an explanatory video in several languages, and if you don't speak Japanese, they guide you in English with simple explanations. The tour through Shibuya was spectacular, including the famous Shibuya Crossing. Throughout the entire tour, we were accompanied by someone who guided us, looked after us, and took photos. It was fun, safe, and a unique way to see the city. Highly recommended!前天5/5We had an absolute blast at Scramble Kart! The staff were genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and carefully, making sure we knew exactly what to do before hitting the road. I did the 1-hour ride through Harajuku, Meiji-jingumae, and Shibuya, and it honestly felt like a dream come true just like playing real-life Mario Kart! The fun costumes, superbike escort, chill music, and photos taken at every stop made the experience even more special. Getting started
Arrive at the SCRAMBLE KART TOKYO base near Harajuku at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. The team will check your original driving documents against the details submitted during the pre-check process, so make sure you have all the required paperwork ready. Your bags can be stored at the base while you get ready for the ride.
What to expect

Choose a cosplay costume and change before your adventure begins. The team will provide a helmet and safety vest to wear during the drive.

Pick a body design from the options on display. Your chosen design will be applied to the kart you drive, and staff can photograph you in costume alongside it before departure.

Join a safety briefing in Japanese and English covering kart operation and convoy rules. A practice lap on the premises gives you time to get familiar with the throttle and brakes before entering the city.

Follow your guide along the designated street route, keeping with the convoy and obeying traffic signals. Depending on the assigned route, you may pass the famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing and experience the energy of Tokyo from street level.

Stop at designated points along the route for photos and enjoy the city scenery along the way. Optional GoPro rental and video editing services are available if you want to record more of your drive.
Once the 60-minute go-kart experience ends, return to the Harajuku base, hand back your gear, and change out of your costume. You'll also receive a commemorative photo as a keepsake from your Tokyo street driving adventure.
