Loved Galata Tower. The 360 view of Istanbul and the history of the tower was amazing. We bought a flexible time ticket weeks in advance of our trip online not knowing our exact itinerary beforehand. Headout emailed us to remind of our tickets just prior to our visit. The online ticket worked perfectly at the entry. The flexible time to visit was a great advantage. As it was very busy we decided to visit first thing in the morning. As we already had our ticket we were able to skip the ticket sales line and were 3rd into the tower. Then we were able to get a great seat at a cafe and enjoy our San Sebastián cheesecake admiring the view of the tower

Booked onto the red tour and were initially told that 2 stops were closed due to a football match taking place. However at the point where the routes diverge we ended up on the blue tour. It seemed that the rest of the red tour was shut. Having spoken to the guides at the end of the trip they extended our ticket for the next day so that we could actually do the tour we wanted. Full marks for customer service.

Despite a very slow and rocky start, I did enjoy the tour once it got going. There were plenty of buses and tour narrative was good. I started my tour in the AM at Galataport. There was a problem with one of the buses. I waited 1 hour for a new bus, some waited 2 hours. The crew gave little info as to what was going on. The communication and language barrier was very frustrating

Der Eintritt hat ohne Probleme wunderbar funktioniert. Wir müssten uns gar nicht anstellen. Wir wurde sogar als ganze Familie hochgestellt hockt mit dem Fahrstuhl.

Primero la hora. Escogimos la noche con toda la ciudad iluminada. A esta hora y en ésta época nos encontramos con muy poca gente y los ascensores sin colas. Una vez arriba la fluidez nos permitio disfrutar y hacer fotos sin prisas y disfrutando.

The entry was quick and easy and the views from the tower are spectacular. ❤️ I totally recommend it even if you are scared of heights, the external fence is high enough, so there's no need to worry.
