My visit to La Casa Azul, the iconic home of Frida Kahlo, was made unforgettable by our guide. From the very start, he was the model of professionalism—incredibly punctual and thoroughly organized, ensuring our experience was seamless from beginning to end. But what truly set him apart was his demeanor. He was a very nice guy, whose passion for Frida's art, life, and the history of the house was both genuine and infectious. He presented the information in a way that was engaging and easy to follow, striking the perfect balance between depth and accessibility. A special note on his reliability: he was wonderfully. Every detail was considered, and he created a trusting and comfortable atmosphere for our group. He clearly respects his guests' time and the significance of the place.

It was wonderful to have the opportunity to visit the Museo Frida Kahlo, the Blue House of Frida Kahlo. It is such an inspiring and emotional place. However, unfortunately, with the schedule of your tour, we were limited to only one hour inside. This made me feel quite frustrated, as I did not have enough time to see everything properly and read all the information. It is a place that truly deserves more time to fully appreciate. I would also like to especially mention SAMANTHA, our guide, who was absolutely exceptional. Her knowledge was incredible, and she made the experience even more meaningful. She is truly outstanding. I would strongly advise everyone to buy the tickets directly on the Frida Kahlo museum website!!! I was overcharged maybe %100 compered the tickets on the museum official website. But heads out are not the worst..we originally bought the tickets with TripAdvisor and they charged us nearly three times more!!! We obviously cancelled it. And another thing, THERE IS NO SUCH A THING AS "SKIP THE LINE". You have to que anyway. Make sure you protect yourself, as you can be waiting directly on the sun. The museum staff offered umbrellas for people without any huts.

Mi visita fue especial gracias a ustedes. Me desperté con la idea de ir Museo de Frida Kahlo. En recepción de mi hotel me dijeron que era IMPOSIBLE ingresar sin haber comprado una entrada muchas semanas antes. Sin embargo, Headout me salvó el día y me consiguió una entrada para ese mismo día, algo que parecía totalmente fuera de alcance. El proceso fue rápido, claro y sin complicaciones. En pocos minutos tenía mi ticket confirmado y pude vivir una experiencia que, de otro modo, me habría perdido. Gracias a ellos, no solo entré al museo, sino que pude hacerlo sin estrés y con la tranquilidad de que todo estaba en orden. Un servicio realmente eficiente, confiable y pensado para el viajero. The ticket is to avoid lines and we need to stay in a huge one , the house is perfect, cozy, well organized but only two pieces of Frida. Deserve more. But the experience it was unique and special we breath the air and understand more about her .
