From the moment we arrived, the experience felt effortless. Our Headout tickets made entry smooth and hassle-free, so we could spend our time enjoying the palace rather than dealing with queues or logistics. We visited as a family, and the first time we stepped into the Great Hall was the moment that really made the day for us. The sheer scale, intricate details and incredible Arabian architecture are difficult to appreciate fully through photographs — seeing it in person was completely different. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a beautiful building; the visit gave us a sense of the UAE's culture, heritage and vision. We also stayed for the Palace in Motion show, which was the perfect ending and made the entire experience feel even more memorable. A beautifully organised experience from Headout and a genuinely unforgettable visit to one of Abu Dhabi's most remarkable landmarks.

Beautifully picturesque building - absolutely stunning. Not sure how it could be improved further other than by having better food and more accessible snack options, but it is an official government building so the limited snacking options was understandable. This tour has to be done at least once.

Very impressive palace giving greatness atmosphere and spaciousness although being recently built. Also having documentary sections illustarting Emirates efforts and contribution to Space Era, Evolution of Printing Lithography, Gifts received by sovereign family, and History of Arabic Transcripts.

An Unforgettable 4th Birthday Experience – Pure Magic for Kids and Adults Alike! Choosing teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi for my son’s 4th birthday was hands down the best decision we could have made. While I went in expecting him to enjoy it, the entire experience completely blew away all our expectations. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, mesmerizing, and deeply immersive. What made it truly exceptional for a four-year-old was how intuitive and interactive everything felt. Every room invited him to touch, chase, and react to dynamic shifts in light, color, and movement. We spent over 3 hours exploring the different installations, and time flew by—he did not get bored for a single second. It is rare to find an outing that holds a toddler's full attention with non-stop excitement while still being a calm, awe-inspiring sensory environment for parents. It was pure fun from start to finish. We will definitely be visiting again and cannot recommend it enough to any family looking for a magical celebration!

We had a wonderful experience visiting Qasr Al Watan. The palace is absolutely stunning, with magnificent architecture, beautiful interiors, and incredible attention to detail. Booking the tickets through Headout was very smooth and hassle-free. The tickets were received quickly, and the entry process was easy with no issues at the checkpoint. Qasr Al Watan is definitely a must-visit attraction in Abu Dhabi, and I would highly recommend booking through Headout for a convenient experience. Great service and excellent value for money

La visite en elle même était très chouette , ne pas oublier qu'il y a un dress code ( pas de vêtements légèrement transparents ... ) mais on m'a prêté un foulard ... par contre je n'ai pas reçu la confirmation de commande et j'ai dû écrire la veille au soir ... on m'a répondu rapidement jusqu'au moment Où je n'ai plus eu de réponse jusqu'au lendemain ou on m'a envoyé finalement le ticket sans explication ... pour une première expérience ce n'était pas vraiment top de la part de Headout ...

Qasr Al Watan

Nestled in Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan is a presidential palace that was recently opened to the public. One of the finest examples of Arabic architecture and craftsmanship, the palace's design signifies its heritage and its future vision. The palace has its own library with books on a wide range of subjects including archeology, history, heritage, memoirs, biographies, human and social sciences, statistics, administration, culture, literature, arts, etc. It also has its own gift shops; one at the Visitors Center and the other at the palace building. One of the major attractions of the palace is its light and sound show, which depicts the history and growth of the UAE as a nation. This show has been divided into three acts; past, present, and future.

While wheelchairs are available for rent free of charge, strollers can be rented at a small fee.

Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. You can park your car at the Visitors Center Car Park, which also comes with valet parking services.

Bags and cases with more dimensions than 500 X 350 won't be allowed inside the palace.
