It was a little confusing at first to navigate. BUT if you stay on the same level and make sure you see the one side then cross to the other you may revisit the same rooms but then you know you are going to see the whole floor. Make sure you get a pamphlet in your language at main desk, it shows you the levels but it was still a bit confusing so I just followed my senses n went room to room and within the 2.5 or maybe even 2 hrs I was there I seen all the levels because I did not pause to read everything or I never would have saw everything so instead I pictured everything and most with the tags to read later if it doesn't get misconstrued zooming in but either way I have pictures of pretty much everything but if your a history person plan accordingly and plan to be there a full day or 5/6 hours to allow time to read and navigate the floors the top floor is new age art and I only thought two or three things were cool. I like my old age stuff. All my photos are on Facebook because I found a hack to save phone memory by doing this or I would attach some photos. It was a truly magnificent experience and the intracate details of the items and to think how were they made back then? The craftsmanship , the art detail, I would recommend even a quick walkthrough of floors if you only have an hr or so to spare!! Es un museo maravilloso, gran colección de pinturas. Muy interesante, todo muy limpio, excelente. Hace falta una sala con exposiciones temporales de pintores latinoamericanos como Benito Ramos Catalan, Pacheco Altamirano, Rafael Cauduro, Iván Olivares Alcalde, Yuki Yamamoto Cortes, Carolina Testart Aguirre, etc etc.... Algunos de estos pintores están vivos.

Das Reichsmuseum war auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die MuseumsApp ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Grachtenfahrt fanden wir nicht so erbaulich. Durch das Kombiticket war es insgesamt etwas günstiger. 17,50 € wäre es uns als Normalpreis nicht wert. Es gab einen Guide per Band in 10 Sprachen und nach Bedarf wurden Ohrhörer verteilt.

I planned my itinerary in advance whilst in the UK so Headout was a very useful app to have. I was able to load the tickets into my Apple wallet and had no problem entering the museum earlier than the ticket time. I got reminders of all the activities I booked and was offered discounts along the way. Very helpful.

Well organised and easy to book on line. The layout of the museum was a bit confusing but we got there in the end. You need st least 6 hours to take in the history of what you are seeing. The cafe was lovely at the end of our day. Would highly recommend this museum and give it the rating it deserves of 5 stars.

El museo vale totalmente la pena! Una experiencia maravillosa para los amantes del arte, desde la entrada todo fie muy fácil, excelente señalización y con el mapa te puedes ayudar mucho para saber exactamente a que sala ir si no cuentas con mucho tiempo. Fabrique des Lumieres ist in Sachen Inszenierung herausragend! Bild + Ton stimmen hier perfekt! Schade war, dass die 3 am Tag verfügbaren Vorstellungen jeweils im Block präsentiert werden. So müsste man sich jeweils 3 x Zeit nehmen, um die 3 Vorstellungen (Meister der Niederlande, Meister der Renaissance und Impressionen von Jimmy Nelson) sehen zu können. Das Mocco Museum war in Sachen Kunst toll! Meine Frau ist deutlich kunstaffiner als ich und war begeistert, ob der ausgestellten Werke zahlreicher zeitgenössischer Künstler.

Due to strong light and sound effects, visits with children under 3 are not recommended.

Entry is permitted up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time; you may remain inside until closing.

The museum’s cafés and shops are cashless and do not accept cash payments.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be modified.

Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeited entry, refunds, or rescheduling.

If you anticipate a delay, please inform staff at the entrance.

Fabrique des Lumières

The experience lasts approximately 50 minutes.

The venue is located at Westergasfabriek, Amsterdam.

Narration is in English with Dutch subtitles.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time; late entry is permitted up to 30 minutes after the start time (except for the final slot of the day).

Recommended for children aged 6 and above; children under 5 require a free ticket.

The venue is cashless and accepts only card and digital payments, including credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Family and group bookings are available; Stadspas and press card benefits apply as per venue rules.

Parking is available at Q-Park Westergasfabriek, approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue.

Multiple exhibitions may run simultaneously, with the lineup rotating over time.
