De mails van mij werden vriendelijk beantwoord en ze hebben er voor gezorgd dat de entrée kaarten op tijd waren. Een fijne mailwisseking. De reis naar Amsterdam verliep vlekkeloos. De lokatie was dicht bij de bushalte. De tentoonstelling was grandioos. Wat een belevenis om de werken van Vermeer tot Van Gogh op deze manier te beleven. Je waande je in de schilderijen zelf en de muziek was erg passend. In een woord een bijzondere ervaring en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We compared several canal cruises in Amsterdam and honestly, some companies charge almost double for exactly the same experience. This cruise was by far the best value for money and ended up being our favorite. The boat was covered, which was great, and there was also a toilet on board. The cruise lasted about an hour and took us through the canals while providing interesting information about the city. The captain stopped at important landmarks, so there was plenty of time to enjoy the views and take photos. There was lots of space on board, and some seating areas even had tables, which made it feel a bit like sitting in a cozy restaurant while cruising through Amsterdam. It was self-catering, meaning you couldn't buy drinks on board, but that's also one of the reasons why the price was so reasonable. We paid only €15 per person, and online tickets were available for as little as €13. I highly recommend this cruise. One of the worst things when traveling is falling into tourist traps, but this company was friendly, honest, and offered an excellent experience at a fair price. The views were absolutely beautiful and it was one of the highlights of our trip.

I really enjoyed the canal cruise! What I appreciated the most was that there wasn’t an overload of information, so I could simply relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. I also noticed right away that the windows were perfectly clean, which made a huge difference. My first canal cruise experience was during the Light Festival with another company, and unfortunately the windows were so dirty that I could barely see anything outside. This time, the view was crystal clear, and it made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this cruise to others!

Cruising the canals of Amsterdam was simply an incredible experience. Getting to know this historic and art-filled city is something we should all do at least once in our lives. Looking beyond the channels I could reflect on the importance of feeling this, being here and being able to know all this is something unforgettable for me. We enjoyed very much, it was easy to find the the staff were nice. We had only one problem the translation worked partly. The conscctiom was not stable, we were 3 person and finally of us it happened in the same time, so it wasn't the phone problem, every body had different smart phone

Wonderful experience. The sound engineering made the show extra impactful and immersive. However an age limit of 12+ would've been appreciated. Would've loved for the show to have been a bit longer.

Smoking, food and beverages, umbrellas, prams, child carriers, strollers, suitcases, and other large items are not allowed inside the venue.

Pets are not permitted due to venue policies.

Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

1-hour canal cruise

Pets are not allowed on board.

Strollers are not permitted for safety reasons, but can be stored at the departure point before boarding.

Two wheelchairs are available on-site (first-come, first-served).

Guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

The main exhibition space includes 40 seats; foldable chairs can be borrowed at the entrance if needed.

Some light effects may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or vertigo.

The narration is in English with Dutch subtitles.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time; late entry is permitted up to 30 minutes after the start time (except for the final slot of the day).

Recommended for children aged 6 and above; children under 5 require a free ticket.

Children aged 3 and under can join for free; ages 4–12 receive discounted tickets (€12.50), while those over 12 pay the adult rate.

Boats are fully covered, ensuring a comfortable ride in all weather conditions.

An English audio guide plays by default; for other languages, scan the QR code on board and connect via free Wi-Fi on your smartphone.

Please bring your own earphones; they are also available for purchase on-site for €1.50.

Routes may vary due to municipal work, offering slightly different highlights on each journey.
