Amber was a friendly guide and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed getting to know more of the history. While the ticket said access to the summit, we did not realize our guide would not be with us for it. Once we reached the 2nd level and she pointed out various places in the city, she showed us the line for the summit and said her goodbyes. We stood in line for an hour to reach the summit elevator and just when we were next in line, they closed the elevators to the summit due to high winds. We were unable to retrieve any refund for not being able to reach the summit. We understand weather prevented us reaching the summit, however having a guide with us to help facilitate any issues would have been appreciated. May I suggest that the tour guides take us to the summit first and then work our way down, especially morning tours, to help us avoid waiting in such a long line to the summit.

Landmark: At the end of the Pont d'Iena, between the carrousel and a large statue of a horse.

Guide Identifier: Your guide will be wearing their guide card with an orange lanyard & have an orange badge around their neck.

NOTE

Please do not pass security and go under the tower. The meeting point is outside the tower.

When you are at the meeting point, the Eiffel Tower is directly in front of you and the river is behind you
