V easy to book ahead and entry was easy. Staff so pleasant and helpful. Very steep climbs but for us no problem but we were given a map and phone number was on it for anyone who needed free transport to the top and from there all downhill. Plenty picnic areas and animals were amazing. Toilets were free and well signposted. Penguins were my favourite and staff were giving talks about them. Very informative. Highly recommend

Easy to book, very useful to be able to reserve tickets and pay later, entry using Headout was simple making entry stress free. Edinburgh zoo was as fantastic as I remember from being a kid and it was brilliant seeing my daughter enjoy the zoo for the first time.

Booking through this app was slightly cheaper than the official Ed. Zoo website - which was a nice wee bonus. The Zoo, itself, was grand - a great day out for young kids!

It was a shame that it rained the day we came to the zoo. The animals hidden in warm places. When I came heremany years ago an arena was at the top tier on the hill. Ardvark and raptors demonstrated . Plastic Dinosaurs. Not for us pensioners. We wanted to see live animals. Only saw goats .penquins. mercats. . A shame as we will never make it there again. Took 7 hrs.by train to get to Edinburgh from our house. Ok for small kids !

The zoo is amazing with many animals to spot. A must go spot with kids. Also thanks to Headout team support for considering the Holiday Inn stay partial refund even after the zoo visit was completed. However, the AI agent Skyler on customer care must be trained further for special questions like the case I had.
