The concert arena wasn’t as massive as some others I’ve seen but there was still loads of space. Security and marshals were literally everywhere, so everything stayed pretty chill even with the rock show and drinks allowed. There were a bunch of food trucks for snacks, the bathrooms were tidy (with bidets and toilet paper), basically everything was on point. If you’re thinking about catching a show here, totally recommend it – great experience overall. We'd picked up the Attraction Pass, so we could duck into the Women's Pavilion for a bit, then wander over to Terra without queuing up to pay again.

The arena isn't as massive as some places but there's still plenty of room. I'd sorted out the Individual Pass for the Vision Pavilion, so we skipped the other pavilions this time but still got to enjoy Al Wasl Plaza and the Surreal show. Saw plenty of security and marshalls moving around to keep things smooth, which was good since there was a rock show and folks had drinks. Tons of food trucks to pick from, bathrooms were tidy (even had bidets and paper). Overall, catching a concert here was super enjoyable and I'd totally suggest going if you get the chance.

What to bring

Have your ID ready for a seamless experience.

Essentials: Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing (light fabrics, modest attire), sun protection (high SPF sunscreen, sunglasses, hat or cap), reusable water bottle (for free refills on-site), credit/debit card and a small amount of cash, light backpack or bag, and any required prescription medications.

Recommended: Power bank for your phone, plug adaptor (type G for Dubai), snacks, travel guide, camera, scarf or light jacket, and a compact umbrella.

What's not allowed

Strict dress code: Smart casual. Beachwear is not allowed.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

The Attractions Pass is valid only on the date of the first pavilion/exhibition entry.

Without the Attractions Pass, individual attraction tickets are AED 100 per person.

Once scanned, the tickets are valid for that day only and cannot be used on subsequent days.

Access to the Surreal water feature and Al Wasl Plaza is free for everyone.
