Head to Dubai Dolphinarium’s main entrance and present your tickets for a quick check-in. You’ll receive complimentary popcorn and directions to your seats in the air-conditioned arena.

- Children aged 11 and below must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Ages 12 and above require an adult ticket; children aged 2–11 need a child ticket.
- Infants under 2 can enter free, but must sit on an adult’s lap.
- For regular ticket holders, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the show.
- Seats are subject to availability.
- The maze’s design can cause disorientation, so keep your personal belongings secure.
