Our Versailles trip with Headpit went very well. Registration was easy and the tickets arrived promptly and were easy to access (that has not always been the case with other companies). The audio guide was very easy to use and gave us interesting information that we would not have had otherwise.

If you don't pay attention you go to the wrong address(Eiffeltower) when you want to start. Apart from that it went well,you get good information without boredom,and the experience was nice.

Enjoyed every part of our visit. Purchasing tickets before hand made our trip so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely recommend going to visit the Palace.

    You don't see much detail in the palace, as you're shoulder to shoulder & 10 people deep in a massive crowd just parading past endless people taking selfies! As far as a cultural experience goes , it was rubbish! Nothing at Versailles has changed in 600 years- it's still all about MONEY! They cram you in & pass you through the turnstiles like cattle. All they care about is taking your dollar/ pound/ euro! Once you get out of the palace & into the gardens, you start to find more space to take in the spectacular grounds. Be aware the grounds are HUGE. Wear sensible shoes or better still budget to hire a golf cart (40€/ hr) If you're not fit you will need this or the mini train to take you to the ends of the estate. Budget for a lot of drinks if it's hot (or bring your own water etc) Overall I'd give the palace 2/10, as an experience- obviously it's spectacular , but you can see that better on YouTube or watch the TV series "Versailles" (BBC) which is excellent. The gardens I'd give 8/10, probably because I was pissed off with being exploited in the palace! In reality they are fantastic.

    Tuve una experiencia increíble utilizando Headout durante mi viaje a París. Reservé varias actividades y visitas a través de la app y todo fue mucho más fácil de lo que esperaba. Toda la información de las actividades aparece de forma clara, y recibir las entradas directamente en el móvil fue súper práctico, especialmente estando de viaje. No tuve ningún problema con ninguna de mis reservas y todo funcionó perfectamente al momento de realizar las actividades. Además, me pareció muy útil poder comparar diferentes opciones y horarios desde la misma aplicación. Headout me ayudó muchísimo a organizar mi viaje y a aprovechar mejor el tiempo en París sin tener que preocuparme por comprar entradas en cada lugar. Definitivamente volvería a utilizar Headout para reservar actividades en otros viajes. La experiencia fue muy buena y la recomiendo totalmente a cualquier persona que quiera organizar sus planes de forma fácil, rápida y segura.

    Palace of Versailles is grand, beautiful; it's worth a visit. However, there are some points to consider. 1. It was overcrowded because the palace sold tickets more than it capacity. 2. The instructions from Headout was confusing, eg the meeting point. It was much simpler to go straight to the gate, then showed ticket to staff. 3. It should have been clear on what are additional charge on the ticket. The last thing, if anyone who visited other royal places in UK or somewhere would consider to skip this place.

    Expérience vraiment réussie ! La réservation via Headout était simple et rapide, et le billet coupe-file nous a fait gagner un temps précieux à l’entrée. Le château est absolument magnifique, la Galerie des Glaces est époustouflante et les jardins valent à eux seuls le déplacement. Admission sur le site très facile, aucun souci pour scanner le billet. Je recommande vivement !
