La ville de Segovia elle même ... Le guide de Madrid à Segovia était inaudible dans l'autocar et je n'ai rien entendu de ses explications. La visite de la ville a été plus intéressante avec ce guide, grâce aux écouteurs qu'il nous avait remis.De plus il n'était pas du tout aimable et s'est présenté d'une façon neutre et banale, visiblement il n'était pas heureux d'être là ce jour là... Je n'ai fait que la visite succincte d'une partie de la ville avec lui : pas de repas, pas d'Alcazar et pas de Cathédrale. Par contre, au retour de Segovia à Madrid, le guide était bien plus aimable, nous a accueillis avec le sourire et s'est excusé pour le retard du bus suite à un accident d'une passagère, et il nous a donné des infos intéressantes avant l'arrivée à Madrid : l'histoire des quatre gratte-ciels, de la tour Picasso et de son propriétaire, le "patron" de Zara, etc. .. La personnalité d'un guide, outre ses compétences professionnelles me semblent indispensables...un sourire, une petite plaisanterie et tout le monde est de bonne humeur Mais c'est rare aujourd'hui...seule la fiche de paie compte pour certains...
