    Went with my boyfriend on a Thursday (thankfully NOT the weekend, heard it gets sooo packed then). The drive up was a bit bumpy but our driver, Samir, had good tunes and a chill vibe. Saw goats in trees – legit highlight! Paradise Valley itself is GORGEOUS but there were more people than I expected. Water was on the chilly side (June??) but refreshing after the walk. Bring sturdy shoes, I almost slipped on the rocks. Only wish we’d had more time to sit and soak it in.

    Such a fun day out!! Booked with my two teens and none of us knew what to expect. The hike down is a bit of a workout, but the views are EPIC. Water was clean and not too cold for swimming. Our guide Youssef was patient and even helped my son over a tricky bit. The little cafes along the way do fresh juice – def recommend trying the orange one. Only issue: toilets were...eh (bring tissue). Would do it again for sure.

    I came solo and ended up chatting with a few other travelers on the hike. Vibe was friendly. The swim in the valley = LIFE. Water’s not crystal clear like the pics but still feels fresh and cool. Stopped for mint tea at a stall on the way back and it was sooo good. Only minus: kinda crowded at the main spot, wish I’d gone earlier in the day.

    Took my parents (in their 60s) and they managed fine with the walk, but it’s not totally easy – lots of rocks and steps. The views are out of this world. It was super hot so bring water! Staff were polite and patient with our slow pace. Only thing I didn’t love was having to pay for bathroom at the car park.

    If ur hesitating – just go. The valley is BEAUTIFUL. Yes, there are crowds but it didn’t spoil the magic (went Tuesday, still busy). Our guide was kinda quiet but nice when u asked questions. Def wear trainers, my mate slipped twice in her sandals. Water is blue if u go further up the stream, btw.
