Child policy: Children's fares apply for ages 5 to 14 years inclusive.

Infant policy: Infants aged 4 years or younger have infant fares.

Supervision: Children aged 14 or under must travel with an adult aged 18 or over.

Luggage allowance: You may check up to two pieces of luggage per person, each up to 25 kg.

Carry-on: Carry-on bags are allowed, but the operator is not responsible for loss or damage.

Extra luggage: Extra luggage beyond 1 large bag and 1 small per person is allowed only at additional cost.

Unaccompanied items: Unaccompanied parcels are not permitted on this tour.

Pickup time: You must be ready and waiting outside reception 5 minutes before pickup.

Cancellation: A 100% cancellation fee applies within 24 hours prior to travel.

Amendments: A NZ$20 amendment fee applies per booking for changes made 7 days prior to travel.

No-show policy: Customers who do not show up for their tour will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Insurance: Insurance against cancellation charges and loss of money or personal belongings is strongly recommended.
