Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement, du parking aux différents points de départ pour le téléphérique, en passant par le train à crémaillère pour monter jusqu’aux points d’observation et aux expériences, jusqu’aux aires d’arrêt et d’attente en cours de trajet. Je tiens vraiment à féliciter vos équipes pour la qualité de l’ingénierie et des constructions sur le sommet, dans des conditions météorologiques extrêmes, au cœur d’un environnement de neige et de glace éternelles ! Je suis tout particulièrement impressionné par le tunnel de glace éternelle, avec ses sculptures et ses aménagements piétonniers à l’intérieur : vraiment admirable ! Seulement un petit regret : le jour de notre expérience, il n’y avait pas de soleil, car le ciel était couvert de brume. En revanche, la neige est tombée en plein été, ce qui constitue une expérience rare et précieuse pour nous, venus d’un pays tropical. Merci à vous !

Our trip to Jungfraujoch was definitely a HUGE highlight on our recent 10 day trip in Switzerland. Everything, from the time we left the station, going up the cable car and then the Eiger Express as well as all the experiences at the top were magnificent! The views, the snow, the ice palace as well as the snow park were all amazing! Not to mention a great hot chocolate in the restaurant.

It was clouded over when we first got there, but we waited and finally the sun came out to give us spectacular views of the mountains and glaciers. The ice palace was fun to go through, beautiful ice sculptures. The history of the building of this place shows the skill and endurance of those who made this possible. At the sphinx, were the best views!! All in all- it was fabulous.

Servizio impeccabile, preciso, pulitissimo, alto senso di sicurezza degli impianti. Appena si arriva in cima c'è un bellissimo percorso di più di un'ora che va assaporato con calma per osservare la meraviglia del ghiacciaio dell' Aletsch, il più grande delle Alpi. Tesori preziosi per il pianeta da proteggere.

Esperienza davvero spettacolare! Jungfraujoch è un luogo unico, con panorami mozzafiato sulle Alpi e sui ghiacciai. Il viaggio per arrivare è già parte dell’esperienza e, una volta in cima, la vista ripaga completamente. Assolutamente da visitare almeno una volta!

À l'arrivée au terminal point de vue admirable à 360 degrés visite magnifique de la grotte de glace et ses splendides sculptures. From Grindelwald

Starting point: Grindelwald Terminal: Board the sleek Eiger Express gondola and enjoy a panoramic ascent to Eiger Glacier Station.

Eiger Glacier Station: Over here, gain access to numerous skiing and hiking routes, as well as connections for the final leg of your journey to Jungfraujoch – the cogwheel train.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe: Enjoy a range of attractions up on this 'saddle', with access to the Sphinx Observatory, Ice Palace, Plateau & Alpine Sensation. Get three hours of free time before your scheduled descent.

Eiger Glacier Station: Travel back down to Eiger Glacier by cogwheel before boarding the Eiger Express gondola back down to Grindelwald.

End point: Grindelwald Terminal

From Interlaken

Starting point: Interlaken OST - At Interlaken station, board the Bernese Oberland railway and head to Grindelwald Terminal.

Grindelwald Terminal: From this station, board the gondola lift with 360° glass windows, and watch the forests, glaciers, and sierras pass by from over 3,000 meters above sea level.

Eiger Glacier Station: Hop on the Jungfraujoch cogwheel railway for the final leg of your journey to the Top of Europe.

Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe: Enjoy a range of attractions on this 'saddle', with access to the Ice Palace, Sphinx Observatory, Plateau & Alpine Sensation. Once done, return to Eiger Glacier station by cogwheel train.

Only residents outside of Switzerland and Liechtenstein are eligible to purchase this pass.

Children below the age of 16 can travel for free when accompanied by a parent.

Seat reservation is mandatory for panoramic trains such as Bernina, Glacier, and Gotthard Express. Specific details related to seat reservations will be shared in the ticket post-booking.

Round-trip to Jungfraujoch

Please note that this ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent, which is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.

For the Eigergletscher-Jungfraujoch route, you have the option to reserve a seat post-booking to avoid waiting times on peak days.

Your pass will be emailed to you shortly after booking.
