- Opening hours: Sunday–Friday 10am–5pm, Saturday 10am–6pm.
- There is no private parking; public parking is a 7-minute walk away. Visiting by bike, on foot, or via public transport is recommended.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Audio guides are offered in Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Italian.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry; late arrivals are subject to availability.
- Tickets can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance.
Amsterdam Canal Cruise
- Children up to 3 years ride free; children 4–12 have discounted tickets (€12.50), older children pay adult prices.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Boats are fully covered to ensure comfort in any weather.
- English audio guides play by default; scan the QR code to access other languages on your own earphones via free Wi-Fi. Earphones are available on board for €1.50 if needed.
- Routes may change due to municipal works, offering different highlights on each cruise.
- Facilities include free Wi-Fi and restrooms on board.
